Definitions

  • RentifyAll — The online platform facilitating rental transactions between owners and renters.
  • Host / Owner — A person or entity listing an item, space, vehicle, service, or experience for rent.
  • Renter / User — A person or entity booking an item or service on the platform.
  • Booking — A confirmed rental transaction made through the platform.
  • Rental Period — The time between rental start and rental end.
  • Rental Start Time — The scheduled start time of the booking.

Platform Role

RentifyAll operates as a digital marketplace connecting hosts and renters.

RentifyAll does not own, manage, or control the listed items or services.

Responsibility for fulfilling rentals lies between the renter and the host.

Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

RentifyAll reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.

Identity Verification

RentifyAll may require identity verification including phone verification, ID verification, email confirmation, or other verification procedures to improve security and prevent fraud.

Listing Requirements

Hosts must ensure listings are accurate, lawful, and clearly describe the item, service, or space offered.

Photos and descriptions must represent the actual condition of the item or service.

Prohibited Listings

The following items or services may not be listed:

  • Illegal goods
  • Weapons or explosives
  • Hazardous materials
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Stolen property
  • Any item or service that violates applicable laws.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and confirmation is issued by the platform.

RentifyAll may cancel bookings suspected of fraud or misuse.

Payment Processing

All payments must be processed through the RentifyAll platform.

Off-platform transactions are strictly prohibited.

Platform Commission

RentifyAll charges a commission on each transaction.

Commission rates may vary depending on category or promotions.

Security Deposits

Hosts may require a security deposit to cover potential damages or misuse.

RentifyAll may temporarily hold the deposit and release it after the rental period.

Renter Cancellation Policy

Enforced by Platform

  • Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking if the rental start is more than 24 hours away.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours but before 72 hours of the rental start will incur platform commission deductions.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the rental start will incur a 50% deduction.
  • No-show bookings are non-refundable.

Host Cancellation Policy

Enforced by Platform

Hosts must honor confirmed bookings.

Host cancellations may result in penalties, listing visibility reduction, suspension, or removal.

Rental Handover (OTP Confirmation)

Enforced by Platform

At the start of the rental, the renter receives a One-Time Password (OTP).

The renter provides the OTP to the host to confirm handover.

Once entered in the system, the rental is considered officially started.

Owner Payouts

Owner payouts are processed after OTP handover confirmation unless a dispute is raised.

RentifyAll may deduct commissions and applicable fees before payout.

Rental Extensions

Rental extensions must be requested through the platform and approved by the host.

Additional rental fees may apply.

Late Returns

Enforced by Platform

Late returns may result in additional hourly or daily rental charges.

Repeated violations may result in account penalties.

Damage Responsibility

Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse occurring during the rental period.

Damage Claims

Hosts must submit evidence such as photos or reports to claim damages.

RentifyAll may review and determine the appropriate deduction from the deposit.

Dispute Resolution

If disputes arise between renter and host, RentifyAll may review evidence, communications, and booking records to determine a fair resolution.

Platform Fraud Prevention

RentifyAll may monitor activity to detect fraud or suspicious transactions.

Accounts may be suspended during investigations.

Chargebacks

If a user initiates a payment chargeback after a completed booking, RentifyAll reserves the right to recover the amount and suspend the account.

Insurance Disclaimer

Hosts are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance coverage for listed assets.

RentifyAll does not provide insurance unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of Liability

RentifyAll shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, or disputes arising from rentals between users.

User Conduct

Users must not engage in harassment, illegal activity, misrepresentation, or attempts to bypass platform payments.

Data Protection

RentifyAll collects personal data necessary for bookings, payments, security, and platform improvements.

Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect user data.

Intellectual Property

All platform content including logos, designs, and software are the intellectual property of RentifyAll and may not be copied or reproduced.

Service Availability

RentifyAll does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability.

Maintenance or technical issues may occasionally occur.

Account Suspension

RentifyAll may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, policy violations, or repeated complaints.

Force Majeure

RentifyAll shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where RentifyAll operates.

Amendments to Terms

RentifyAll may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
